The Hawthorne Event + Function Space (AKA ‘Party Room’) has reopened!

Equipped with two gorgeous, 4K, 65” OLED screens, this is a great place to catch all the big games or reserve for your next special occasion! The calendar fills fast so please get in touch about your next birthday party, meeting, networking event, big dinner, sports celebration. The Party Room seats up to 60, has a dedicated bathroom, and full, quick and easy access to all the pizza, beer, and everything else on our menu.

Large Orders

If your ASAP order is for 8 or more pizzas, please call our restaurant direct. When we’re busy with large orders, we need to manage promise times to avoid delays or disappointment.

Large Scheduled/Future Orders

We can also coordinate large future/scheduled orders through the HOTLIPS Catering team. Routing your inquiry to Catering ensures we give your order the best attention and most effective delivery possible.

We’re often asked what lead time we need. Seven days is greatly appreciated but don’t hesitate to reach out to us with shorter notice - no event is too big, too soon, or complicated for us to handle!

Deliveries

Alcohol deliveries -

If your order contains alcohol we need to verify ID and obtain a signature per OLCC regulations.

Our delivery fee -

Our delivery fee goes to the fuelling and maintenance of our fleet, it is not a gratuity. Please tip our hardworking employees generously. It's so greatly appreciated!

Contactless delivery requests -

Let us know on the phone if you’d prefer a contactless drop off. Online customers have the option to request contactless delivery at checkout. Whether you’re calling or ordering online, please provide as much detail as possible where you would like your order to be left and make sure we have the best number to reach you on.

If you don’t answer the door or your phone -

We will always do our best to contact you upon arrival, but our drivers are unable to wait if contact is unsuccessful. Orders containing alcohol cannot opt for contactless due to OLCC regulations.
