SAFE WORKPLACES

THE RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER POSITION

All Restaurant Team Members are trained in our Counter role and then have the opportunity to take on additional roles, such as Driver, Cook and Shift Lead. While Restaurant Team Members may work the majority of their shifts in one role, employees are encouraged to cross train and learn as many roles as possible. We expedite training to get interested and suitable candidates trained which in turn increases their hourly rate. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available evenings + weekends.

DRIVERS PLEASE NOTE

We provide the car, but first you've gotta be cleared by our insurance!

  • The minimum age requirement is 18 with a minimum one year of driving experience.

  • Past driving violations (both at work and outside work) could lead to ineligibility.

  • To be hired as a driver a copy of your driving record must be obtained for review by our insurance. For candidates holding an Oregon Driver License, we are able to obtain your record for you (with an approximate 1 business day turnaround after you provide us with a copy of your license).

  • For candidates holding out-of-state licenses, we are unable to obtain driving records for you and you will only be considered for the driver role upon receipt of your current driving record. If hired while holding an out-of-state license, our insurance company requires that you obtain an Oregon Driver's License within 30 days of employment.

RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS

The following capabilities are required to perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations that do not create an undue burden on the company are available upon request:

  • Able to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
